I am Melinda

I am the Director of Just for Kids @ Pennant Hills, and the Area Manager for all 4 of our Just for Kids Centres

My passion for early childhood developed at a young age, after completing my HSC in Port Macquarie and moving to Sydney to begin my career in Childcare in 2001. I started with Just for Kids as a trainee and since completing my traineeship i have continued to study by obtaining my Diploma in Community Services - Children's Services, and then furthering my education by completing my Bachelor of Education, all whilst working full time at one of our centres.

Since commencing my employment with Just for Kids i have worked my way up the ranks from a trainee to my current position as an Area Manager who oversights our educators across all 4 of our centres. I love my job, and enjoy working with the educators, families and children and building close relationships with all who use our services.

Since having my own little girl in 2017, my passion for early childhood has only grown stronger. As a mum now,  i understand how important it is for parents and families to leave their child knowing that they are well cared for, safe and loved, but also stimulated and having fun. I strongly believe that play is an important part of learning, however i do also feel children need structured learning time in preparation for formal schooling to enable them to take on the transition from childcare to formal schooling with confidence and also with ease.

I enjoy leading a team of incredible  educators who share the same passion of working with children and families that i have, and i am lucky to have found a job that is so rewarding and enjoyable.

I am Lauren 

I started working at Just for Kids Preschool & Long Daycare centre in January 2014. At Just for Kids is where I began my studies and completed my certificate III in early childhood education through a traineeship whilst working full-time as an assistant educator in our Smarties room. Once I completed my traineeship I then went on to study my Diploma in Early childhood, which I successfully completed in 2017.

During 2017 my career with Just for Kids progressed as I was presented with the opportunity to work alongside Mel and become the Nominated Supervisor for the centre, before moving into the Centre Director position in April 2017. This was a proud moment for me and made my role at Just for Kids even more enjoyable. I enjoy the challenge of running the centre, and I am continuously learning and gaining new skills each and every day!

In 2018 I was ready to challenge myself and began studying my Bachelor of Education with Charles Sturt University, and am still currently working towards obtaining my Bachelor degree.

My career journey with Just for Kids has been nothing short of amazing. I get to work alongside wonderful mentors, passionate educators, families and children. I love my current role as a director at our Epping centre and I am excited about a long career with Just for Kids.

I am Rebecca

I have been in the childcare industry since 2003 where i started my journey as a trainee for Just for Kids! Since then i have obtained my Diploma in Children's Services, and My Bachelor of Teaching. I really enjoy my role as an Early Childhood Teacher and my passion is preparing the children in my class for formal Schooling.

I have 2 boys of my own, so I understand how important it is for families to find a centre where children feel loved, safe and happy. I enjoy building new relationships with families and children, so I hope to see you soon!

I am Binaifer

My career started with Just for Kids in 2006 and couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

My interest in early childhood education started at a young age, and since completing school i have fulfilled my dream of becoming an Early childhood Educator after obtaining my Bachelor of Teaching at Macquarie University.

I have been the Director of Just for Kids Castle Hill since 2013, but took a short break to go on Maternity leave  in 2015 and 2018. I now have 2 beautiful children of my own, and my focus on early childhood education and care has only become stronger since having my own children. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your family at our Castle Hill centre and give you a tour of our facilities and an idea of what we have to offer!
