Family & Community Involvement

At Just for Kids we believe that strong networks with families and community members are important for the children to develop a sense of belonging within our centre and the wider community. Therefore we invite and encourage family participation within our curriculum wherever possible. This also means we host regular incursions, in which people from our wider community join us at our centre to share their roles within our community. These include Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Doctors, Dentist, Teachers and many many more! 

Throughout the year we have many incursions that are both planned and spontaneous and based on the children's current interests. We also host dress up days, community fundraising events and centre events such as Grandparents Afternoon tea, Pyjama Day, Pre-School Graduation and so much more!
